This is a rubric to help guide students when creating a culminating activity for the Vital Signs invasive species Comic Life project and help teachers score it.
This is a great start to a rubric! Clearly and appropriately, you've developed it to address the sorts of comic life projects you are asking your students to create.
I can see that it could serve as a starting place for other teachers and students using comic life to present what they've learned.
I do have one suggestion, for you and any teachers or students doing similar projects: add a piece about the actual identification of the species!
I suggest this for two reason: first, to help the viewers understand what identifies the species in question, and second, to remind students making comics to make sure that the images they are using are all of the target species and that the most important identifying characteristics are mentioned.
Peer quality checks and reviews are just as appropriate with Project Bank publishing as with data publishing!
