Field Notes
The tide is going out and the Bladder wrack is everywhere, clinging to the rocky area that we are studying. Kristen found an almost dead, twitching crab in the seaweed, and a bunch of hermit crabs (that were not dead) in the water. It is a rainy day and the are lots of periwinkles and barnacles.
Supporting Evidence
Each leaf breaks off into twos, meaning that there is dichotomous growth.
It has sheets of small, bubbly vessels, or bladders.
It is flat and has a midrib.
