Field Notes
On Friday nov 12,2010 it was very sunny and warm. It was a fall november day - great for vital signs. My group noticed the very dry the environment - it was like the woods were alive! Dogs and squirrels were all around us. Our tree was great it was just like it was the last time we visited. :) Our tree was the biggest out of all of the trees around. We are lucky because our tree is right at the entrance. our group members are very artistic so our field sketch is great. Therefore our information was so rich and filled with evidence that it is a white pine tree.

I must agree with the assessment you made in your field notes, that is that your field picture is great! It really is a wonderful drawing of a white pine tree. Your field notes are so descriptive, I almost feel like I am there. You also have some great photos of Baxter Woods. In fact, I live in Portland and your photos make me realize how long it has been since I was in Baxter Woods. I think I'll be taking a walk over there in the next few days. Nice work overall on your data entry!
