Tutorials Current events, Tutorial/ Template How to write a press release How to write a press release - Advice from GMRI’s Communication Manager 1. Decide on a headline - This should hook the audience. Reporters have many stories coming across their desks. Pique their interest right away with an attention-grabbing headline. 2. Answer “the 5 W’s and the H” - Include the answers to the most important questions in the first paragraph. Then use the following paragraphs for supporting information: Who did it? What did they do? When did they do it? Where did they do it? Why did they do it? Middle school (grades 6-8) vitalteach 0 2016-07-21
Tutorials Tutorial/ Template Vital Signs Starter Module This module walks you through some of the key components of an introductory Vital Signs Institute. While doing this module does not replicate getting together in person with a group of teachers to share ideas and experiences and learning about Vital Signs, it is a great way to get started with the program. In fact, we find that when teachers start with this module, we can dig deeper into topics of interest when we get together in person. Professional development vitalteach 0 2015-06-11
