Field Notes
I am happy because I'm outside and looking at very interesting things like bugs and different plants. The question and problems that we ran into was that there was a lot of poison Ivy. I can see, hear ,and smell the trees I can see big and strong and I can hear the birds and smell the forest.I was really surprised that there was so much poison Ivy on the trees and on the floor of the forest

Comments

These should be closer 43.6643 and 70.4450.

Thanks for the update!

Your coordinates are a little off, it looks like you're in a parking lot. Is your field site right near there? Can you investigate and let us know? If you put updated coordinates here in the comments we can get you in the right spot.

Thanks!

The VS Team

There is a pond right by a parking lot. Thanks for letting us know that you thought they were off!

Hi GMS2JMS

It's great to know the coordinates are close, but it would be better, and make this data more useful if we could get the coordinates even closer. Can you check in with some classmates to get the coordinates from where the pond is, so we can get it in the right spot? Or maybe you can zoom in using this website to get the more exact coordinates. http://itouchmap.com/latlong.html

Thanks,

The VS Team
